Thursday was no different for Kelly Osbourne when she stepped out for TLC's Give A Little Awards at the Park Hyatt in New York City.
The 33-year-old stunned in a bold black frock while holding onto her adorable accessory. Kelly's makeup was kept mate with a luminous glow on her forehead and cheekbones. Her glam was completed her contoured cheekbones and a nude lip. Kelly was joined on the carpet with Pitch Perfect actress Brittany Snow.
